Standard Terms and Conditions:
- MCS reserves the right to revise the above rates and items with 30 days prior notice in writing.
- All rates quoted are subject to prevailing GST rates.
- Unless otherwise stated, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of every month and are payable within 14 days. Late payment fee of 1% per month will be applicable.
- All contracts will come into immediate effect upon signature from both parties and remain in effect until terminated by either party in writing with 30 days prior notice. However, in the event of non or late payment without any notice, MCS reserves the right to terminate all services with immediate effect and all outstanding amounts and late payment fees due before the termination must still be paid.
- All contracts are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
