KEN LOYManaging Partner
Ken Loy is the founder of Magenta Consulting and a vastly experienced executive search professional in the Asia Pacific region.
With close to 15 years of experience in IT, management consulting and services under his belt, Ken has led diverse consulting programs in the Asia Pacific region for key clients like BBDO Asia Pacific, DDB Needham, Pacific World Destinations, Microsoft, Epson, CrimsonLogic, Cellmark FE and Sema Group.
Prior to the founding of Magenta Consulting, Ken was a Senior Partner at Densfield Resources, an established Human Resource and Information Technology consulting firm. He was an early member of ITI (now Kent Ridge Digital Labs, KRDL) and subsequently, a consultant with the National Computer Board (now Infocomm Development Authority, Singapore). In 1990, he co-founded JK Technology, which was listed on the SESDAQ (now Catalist), and led the company to become one of Singapore’s leading IT systems integrators before he left in 1995 to pursue other ventures.
Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (EE), Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Business Administration from the prestigious Advanced Business Program at the University of Otago, New Zealand.
